Mindfulness is quite simply a way to train the mind & the ability to engage directly with experience without the influence of our thoughts and emotions.
Mindfulness opens us up to a set of simple yet powerful practices than we can incorporate into our daily lives to help us break the cycle of stress, anxiety, exhaustion & unhappiness.

Mindfulness based solutions are offered by Healthy Holistic Happiness CIC – a not for profit company – via one to one coaching or within group Zoom workshops.
All sessions are currently offered via Zoom or other preferred methods to suit your needs.
Our bespoke learning and support packages use a combination of mindful mentoring, mindfulness consultancy and training programmes. Our courses adopt a secular, research led approach to the application of mindful techniques.

This will be titled: Introducing Mindfulness as a Stress/Anxiety Busting Tool
Over the weeks we’ll be exploring what stress is, what causes our perceived stress, how to handle this in a mindful way using gentle attainable and sustainable measures. We’ll also be discussing how our brains work and ways that we might learn to master those thoughts rather than those thoughts mastering us. We will gradually introduce new mindfulness practices at a pace to suit the group.
